Dec. 8-9 (Mon & Tues): WSHS PTSA Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken Fundraiser — all day!

🍂Nov. 1 through Dec. 21, 2025: West Springfield Crew Leaf Raking Fundraiser

• We will start raking on November 1 and continue every Saturday and Sunday until December 21. 
• Crews are 3-4 rakers (always with an accompanying parent) 
• Fee = $15.00/hour per raker 
• Our minimum job is $90; our average job is ~2.5 hours
  •  Tips are always welcome! 
• You provide the paper bags or containers [Remember, Fairfax County requires containers or paper bags for yard waste] 
• We bring the rakes, blowers, and brawn and move the leaves to a location of your choice. 
• There are two raking sessions per weekend day: 8:00 am and 1:00 pm

🌎 WSHS Environmental Club: Community Engagement – Volunteer time to support cultivation of the gardens, recycling initiatives, and development of new sustainability intiatives.  We especially welcome local Master Gardeners to help with our gardens!

🌱Donate- Donate new, good-condition gardening tools and supplies including mulch and native plants.
